BIOGRAPHY
Santiago Perea Sampedro
I am Santiago Perea Sampedro, I was born in Bogota. My dad is Edgar Perea and my mom is Sandra Sampedro, I come from a mix of cultures of my country; Juan Esteban and Alejandro are my brothers they are 11 and 4 respectively. My family is really big, there are a lot of uncles and cousins. I started my school at the age of 3 in Liceo San Simon Stock right there I finished Kidergarden then I went to another school to do the elementary school, it was one of the most enjoyable time of my life I had a lot of good friends that I loved so much because we were always laughing, running and screaming but it did not last because when I finished the elementary school my parents decided to sent me away to a military school to start the High School, at the beginning it was really hard to me because I had to cut my hair twice per month, I had to know new people that I had never seen before and people that I saw as really big, the military majors were really angry, making us exercise for everything, with the pass of the time I began to make some good friends that lived really close to me, so we were always talking and messing around, the teachers were really good people that treated us really well but the academic part was really poor in there so after two years in the military school I told my parents that I wanted to move to another school. My parents started to look for a new school to me and they found San Angelo.
I really liked the school the first time I came.
My first classroom was excellent, the first friends that I made here will never be forgotten but unfortunately I failed that year so my friends moved forward and I stayed at eight grade. Next year was really sad because I was not with my friends and they were all together so I had to saw them from another classroom. On eleventh grade I met for the first time my nowadays classmates, they are really amazing people that I love so much. I have spent thousands of moments with them, fun, happiness, sadness.
GRATEFULNESS
On my five years here in San Angelo I have not made just friends from my classroom, I have learnt from a lot of teachers that have always believed in my potential, they are always supporting me, letting me know that I can reach whatever I want. David Guarin, Diego Rodriguez, Oscar Pinzon, Freddy Cardenas, Kelly Angel, Franky Caro; those are the teachers that I would really like to say thanks for everything because they are really good with me in the time that we spend, will always be in my mind with all of those advices not just to the school, to the life. There are some space to talk about my friends alongside my experience at school, those who I enjoyed a lot laughing and playing football: Nelson Olaya, Juan Camilo Romero, Jaime Barrero, Daniel Cortes, Andres Cardona, Andres Ariza, Julian Diaz, Johan Barbosa, Santiago Lucena, Juan Piza. Those girls that I consider as really important in my school life: Paloma Covezdy, Maria Sacristan, Laura Convers, Carolina Suarez, Luisa Guzman.
All of that people will always be into my memories, good and bad moments, special days, a lot of things that have happened with the pass of the years and that will ever be in my mind. Thanks to all the people that I mentioned, I am really grateful with you…
